In 2020, Jill founded Women in Olive Oil (WIOO), a global network that started as a small Facebook group and quickly grew into a thriving community. WIOO is all about empowering women in the olive oil industry, bringing them together to share knowledge, inspiration, and a love for quality and sustainability. For Jill, it’s a way to connect across borders and celebrate an ancient craft with modern passion.

Jill and her husband, Fabian Kuttner, have a blended family of six wonderful children, who fill their lives with joy and purpose. Together, they’re committed to their community, their family, and the work they love.
